Role
Truck Driver responsible for transporting refuse safely and efficiently.
Key Duties- Operate trucks in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and routing.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Navigate routes using GPS or maps, adjusting for traffic or road conditions.
- Ensure truck cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving trucks, especially manual transmissions.
- Strong route navigation and driving techniques.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience.
