- Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Maintain and update inventory records in internal systems
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Support general warehouse operations, including material handling and organization
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed (if certified)
- Partner with internal teams to resolve inventory or fulfillment discrepancies
- Inventory or warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)
- Forklift experience (certified or ability to operate)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
