Role Description

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Broken Arrow, OK location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experiences in managing high-volume parts operations, particularly in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial supply sectors.

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving processes, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, and operational safety standards. You will manage and develop warehouse staff, coordinate closely with the sales team, and ensure customers receive fast and reliable service. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of warehouse productivity, workflow, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through proper labeling, cycle counts, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that meets company standards
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety
  • Ensure all incoming shipments are inspected, processed, and documented correctly
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support fast, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Monitor warehouse performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Uphold all safety policies and OSHA requirements and ensure consistent compliance across the team
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3-5 years of warehouse or operations management experience, preferably in parts distribution, heavy equipment, construction supply, or industrial products
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising, training, and developing warehouse teams
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented work style with the ability to manage high-volume inventory and fast-paced daily operations
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Experience with inventory control (cycle counts, reconciliation, bin management, labeling, etc.)
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (must have forklift certification)
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong commitment to safety, with familiarity in OSHA guidelines and best practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Information

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
