 About the job:
 We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while supporting a safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplace.
 You will work closely with supply chain, production, procurement, logistics, customer service, and quality teams to strengthen operational performance and support business growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership and continuous improvement initiatives across daily warehouse operations.
 As Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in building a resilient and efficient supply chain that delivers value for customers while reducing waste and improving resource efficiency.
 This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow, OK.
 As a part of the team, you will:
 Lead and develop daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, and shipping activities
 Ensure a safe working environment by driving compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
 Build a strong safety culture through training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities
 Manage inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance
 Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to efficiency, service levels, costs, and inventory management
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven decision-making
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support production planning, customer delivery, and supply chain performance
 Support digitalization and automation initiatives that improve operational visibility and warehouse efficiency
 Develop warehouse layouts, workflows, and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and material handling
 Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance
 Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to meet operational demands
 Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
 Contribute to sustainability goals by reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and supporting responsible resource use
 Participate in global and regional operational improvement projects within the One Alfa Laval network
