Working hours:

Breakfast Club 7:15 am – 8:55 am & After School Club 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. 40 hours per week available during school holidays in our holiday camps.

Pay:
Up to £14.00 per hour.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Club Manager who will develop and nurture both team members and children.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a passionate team: manage, direct, and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme.
• Ensure effective communication between venue, team, parents, school/host leisure centre and Central Operations.
• Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children and inspire them to explore interests.
• Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi‑sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
• Be proactive, responsible and implement procedures, protocols and policies safeguarding children.
• Bring energy, excitement and enthusiasm; be warm, honest and genuine to create unexpected experiences.
