Bar Manager

Our client, located in Chislehurst, Kent, is seeking to recruit an experienced Bar Manager for this well-established busy Public House. Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.

Hours:

Approx 40-46 per week - Working in conjunction with a second Bar Manager Management of 20 plus staff, you must be a peoples person with the ability to build relationships with patrons both regular and new. Our client is seeking someone with a passion for hospitality with the ability to push all areas of the business forward, someone who enjoys success and is willing to go that step forward in order to achieve this.

The pub has a good solid client base and offers a Brasserie menu, an outside seating area and function service. The successful candidate would be pro-active, flexible, reliable, IT literate with excellent customer service skills and a team player. Competitive salary plus bonus scheme. There is the option to live in (to be discussed with our client at interview.)
