As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first‑class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one – your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit are all provided.

Earnings- Competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £55,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable)
- Guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- Flexible 40‑hour week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and one Saturday per four weeks
- Opt‑in guaranteed overtime from the first month – extra rest days at £30 per hour, which can add up to £5,000 extra a year
- 23 days holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus bank holidays

- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
