Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Bromley

My client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join there growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work.

• Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
• Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.
• Working with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.
• Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.
• Completing all work in a safe manner
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Effective computerised PPM planning skills
• Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision.
• Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems.

• Maintenance 1 year
• Ideally mechanical and electrical qualifications
• A determined, self-motivated attitude
