My client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Responsibilities include reactive maintenance work for various clients and carrying out quoted repairs or reactive work quotes.

• Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
• Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.
• Work with production teams for PPM and breakdowns; undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.
• Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by required deadlines.
• Complete all work in a safe manner.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Effective computerised PPM planning skills.
• Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision.
• Proactive in seeking out potential problems.

• Maintenance experience of 1 year (preferred).
• Ideally mechanical and electrical qualifications.
• A determined, self‑motivated attitude.
