Bodyshop Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable fleet bodyshop located in Bromley. Duties of a Bodyshop Technician:

Preparing vehicles for painting, including filler work and other prep activities
Applying paint using advanced spray techniques to ensure a superior finish
Polishing and finishing painted panels to meet exacting standards
Working efficiently to adhere to deadlines and production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with additional tasks such as stripping, fitting, or panel work when required

Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Painter, or similar role
Skilled in filler work and paint application processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Self-motivated with flexible approach to working hours
Previous experience within fleet repair environments is highly desirable
