My client requires an experienced Carpenter to join their award-winning maintenance division on an ongoing temporary contract. Are you looking to work with a prestigious and well-known employer?

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs within occupied council properties
• Complete responsive maintenance and repair works to a high standard
• Install, repair and replace doors, frames, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
• Undertake repairs to windows, flooring and other timber fixtures
• Diagnose faults and ensure all work is completed right first time
• Work safely and efficiently in occupied properties whilst providing excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systems
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations

• Must have proven experience carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Must have experience working within a social housing or property maintenance environment
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Company vehicle provided for work use only
• Monday to Friday working pattern (8:00am - 4:00pm)
• Weekly pay via umbrella
