Description We are looking for a dedicated General Office Clerk to join our team in Bronx, New York. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As part of a long-term contract, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage high volumes of incoming calls, handling inquiries, taking messages, and redirecting calls as needed.

- Address resident concerns and complaints both over the phone and in-person with professionalism.

- Verify and review tenant data using the Yardi Property Management System.

- Compile shareholder tax information and organize data into spreadsheets for analysis.

- Calculate income surcharges for shareholders based on prior year assessments and apply charges to accounts.

- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports for the finance department.

- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for records and documents.

- Perform data entry tasks to schedule appointments and track task completion.

- Operate office equipment and complete additional assigned duties as required. Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

- Experience working with office equipment such as scanners and printers.

- Capability to manage high call volumes and in-person interactions professionally.

- Familiarity with the Yardi Property Management System is advantageous.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, and work in a physically active environment involving walking, standing, and bending. Talent Match®
