Assists in mortgage origination and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Performs various administrative and mortgage functions and duties to support mortgage production.
Essential Functions
* Provides administrative support for loan origination, processing, and staff in the Mortgage Department, as needed.
* Assist MLO with ordering credit reports and generating Pre-Approvals using Dotnet, as needed.
* Maintain loan application packages for all loan products, as applicable.
* Review and ensures all applicable forms for mortgage files are updated, complete and accurate.
* Assist President of mortgage with pipeline reports and pipeline managing.
* Assist MLO with marketing projects, including ordering business card, as needed.
* Ensures appropriate interaction and flow of information within the mortgage Department and other areas of the Bank.
* Assist in collecting borrower financial reports and loan documents to compile credit files.
* Answers front desk telephone calls and forwards to appropriate individuals.
* Greets customers and provides office support, as needed.
* Assist with special projects as needed.
Mandatory Training Curricula
Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. Career enhancement training courses are also available. Please refer to course catalog and management for details.
Skills
* Clearly communicates in English.

* knowledge of loan documentation requirements.
* moderate PC skills, including loan processing and Microsoft Office software.
Physical Demands
The physical and related demands described in this section are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting files and other materials that weigh up to 20 lbs. Employees in this job must be able to work in an office environment during regular business hours where they come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public.
Therefore, employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public.
Education/Training
A high school diploma, or equivalent, with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
Experience
A minimum of one (1) year related experience normally required.
Salary: $45,500-$50,000K.
