Night Unit Clerk

Position: Full Time Night Unit Clerk
St Barnabas Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including admission, transfer, and discharge documentation;
Assist with preparation of patient charts and ensure all necessary information is included;
Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into the electronic health record system;
Handle phone calls and inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers;
Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, tests, and procedures
