Job Overview
As an Property Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium in Fordham Hill, Bronx, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Bronx location.

Key Responsibilities:
* - Tenant Support:
Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests.
* - Maintenance Coordination:
Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
* - Rent & Payments:
Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records.
* - Administration:
Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized.
* - Team Support:
Work closely with senior property managers and contractors.
* - Property Checks:
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
* Attend monthly board meetings as required
Skills & Qualities:
* - Strong communication and customer service skills
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with a diverse resident population and stakeholders.
* - Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems
* - Organized and detail-oriented
* - Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
* - Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities
What We Offer:
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, legal, and identity theft. Compensation
$22.50- 25.50$/hr.
