• Coordinate the day-to-day work of residence staff to ensure client success
• Conduct Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance
• Investigate all complaints and/or incidents and respond to emergencies
• Monitor and document clients' progress towards their goals
• Review documentation related to clients' progress for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
• Conduct client exit screenings
• Motivate, coach, and counsel direct reporting staff
• Assist with facility-related tasks, client services, and reporting.

• HS Diploma or GED and 3 years applicable experience, or Associate's degree (A.A.) and 2 years' experience, or Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience.

Pre and/or Post Employment Requirements:

• Require TB results prior to start date
• Attestation for State Central Child Abuse Registry
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
• Must obtain and maintain certification in overdose prevention.
• Must obtain and maintain F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification
• Must obtain and maintain CPI (Crisis Prevention) certified
• Please note that this position is on call.

Compensation: $25.00 hourly
