This position supports residential construction projects through hands-on labor, jobsite support, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate has prior construction experience, follows direction well, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor duties on residential job sites
• Assist carpenters, supervisors, and other trades as needed
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support daily production goals to keep projects on schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required (5 years preferred)
• OSHA certification required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors
• No formal education required
