Superintendent
The Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks, and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have minimum of two years' Superintendent experience or in related field.
Heavy Lifting Necessary (to include overhead lifting/holding) and operating machinery to include:
- landscaping equipment
- snow removal equipment
- construction equipment and tools
- pallet jack
- desktop computer
- Climbing Stairs
- Manual Dexterity
- Walking with and Carrying Maintenance Materials
- Push/Pull -- Object Movement (ie: furniture placement and movement -- flooring removals)
- Exposure to working in outdoor elements
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma;
Bachelor degree preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation.
Pay: $60K Per Year
