Description DOB Licensed Superintendent Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget requirements. Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and all local building codes in the Bronx. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency. Lead quality control efforts to ensure construction meets all specifications and standards. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports as required.
