Construction Superintendent Lead High-Impact Construction Projects

Join a growing team delivering commercial, healthcare, clean room, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and semiconductor projects throughout Connecticut and Westchester County. We're looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who can lead field operations, drive schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

+ Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.

+ Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

+ Coordinate daily work, project sequencing, and site logistics.

+ Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.

+ Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

+ Monitor budgets, productivity, and project progress.

+ Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

+ Ensure work meets project specifications, quality requirements, and deadlines.

+ Maintain daily reports and communicate project updates to leadership.

Qualifications

+ 7+ years of Construction Superintendent experience.

+ Background in commercial construction, healthcare, clean room, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or semiconductor projects.

+ Strong scheduling and subcontractor management experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

+ Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeouts.

+ Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Sage, or similar construction software.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ OSHA certification preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westchester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $180000.00/hr.
