Location: The Bronx
This role as an Owner's Representative in Healthcare Construction offers the opportunity to oversee and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project execution while maintaining a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Client Details Our client is a well established construction advisory firm that is continuing to grow and expand. Description Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and project team, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Oversee design development, contractor selection, and contract negotiations. Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure adherence to project goals. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality control. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as needed. Profile A successful Owner's Representative in Healthcare Construction should have: A strong background in construction management, particularly within the healthcare industry. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards. Experience in budget management and contract negotiations. The ability to anticipate project challenges and propose effective solutions.
