Are you passionate about technology, cars, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic Subaru Love-Encore Specialist to join our dealership team!
As our Love-Encore Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for new Subaru owners, ensuring they fully understand and appreciate all the advanced features of their vehicle – from Eye Sight® safety systems and STARLINK® infotainment to Bluetooth pairing, navigation, adaptive cruise control, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new Subaru owners 14-60 days after purchase to schedule complimentary one-on-one Love-Encore sessions
- Conduct personalized redelivery appointments, answering questions and demonstrating vehicle technology
- Customize settings for infotainment, driver assists, voice commands, and connected services
- Educate sales and service teams on Subaru features
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups (phone, email, text), and program incentives
- Track customer satisfaction and promote the Subaru Love Promise®
What We're Looking For:
- Tech-savvy individual with strong knowledge of smartphones, apps, and automotive technology (Subaru experience a plus!)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – patient, friendly, and customer-focused
- Enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and committed to creating "wow" moments
- Professional demeanor with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean record
