Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree required.

* Master's Degree preferred.

* New York State Teaching Certification in Education, grades 1-6 or grades 7-12 preferred

* Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in dance education, working with children, and providing dance instruction in an urban school setting required.

* Passionate about teaching dance and enforcing the learning of dance concepts required.

* Have educational and/or professional training in developing and implementing a dance education program for children required.

* Note:

Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary range $58,516 -$143,740. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
