Teen Program Coordinator

The Teen Program Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of America leads high-impact after-school and summer programs for teens, advancing BGCA's focus on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character and leadership. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging activities, supervise teen spaces, and build strong mentoring relationships. You will track outcomes and attendance, coordinate volunteers, and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to ensure a safe, inclusive environment where teens can learn, lead, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging teen programs aligned with BGCA outcomes in academic success, healthy lifestyles, and leadership.
• Supervise daily operations of teen spaces, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Build strong relationships with teens, providing mentorship, guidance, and positive role modeling.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers or part-time staff assisting with teen programming.
• Track attendance, outcomes, and participant feedback; report results to Club leadership and funders as needed.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to enhance program reach and impact.
• Plan special events, service projects, and leadership opportunities tailored to teen interests and needs.
• Maintain program materials, technology, and spaces; ensure compliance with BGCA and Club policies.
