Accounts Receivable Associate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Accounts Receivable Associate Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing/ distribution or similar industry
• Familiarity with Net Suite

Accounts Receivable Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions in partnership with local and corporate finance and sales teams
• Respond promptly to customer phone calls and email inquiries regarding receivables
• Investigate customer deductions to ensure they are legitimate and properly documented
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable activities
• Support ongoing efficiency improvements within the finance department
