Psychologist
The Psychologist is located in the Mental Health Patient Care Center at the James J. Peters (Bronx) VA Medical Center. The staff psychologist duties include: assessment and using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care; performing evaluations; providing a full range of therapeutic interventions including individual and group counseling; consulting with medical center staff on a wide variety of patient care issues;
and may be involved in program evaluation and/or research activities and/or the psychology training program.
