Behavior Technician Opportunity
Hello from Kids First, we're expanding our team and looking for behavior technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC. If you're looking to make a real impact while building a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
What You'll Do- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Work with a BCBA to support skill development
- Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.
- Free 40-hour RBT training (online)
- Certification exam reimbursement
- Ongoing support + growth opportunities
- Experience with children (preferred, not required)
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
- Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills
