Provide occupational therapy services to residents within a skilled nursing facility setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities
Implement therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New York
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing facility setting through a 13-week contract engagement
Work with a supportive staffing team dedicated to matching clinicians with meaningful placement opportunities
