IT Support Technician
Provide rapid-response support via tickets, phone, and in-person for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Provision hardware, manage SaaS licenses (O365), AD maintenance.
Create and maintain "How-To" guides for employees to encourage self-service resolution.
Troubleshoot and repair end user hardware, printers, VoIP phones, and conference room AV gear as needed.
Assist in monitoring local networks (LAN/WAN), and wireless access points.
Run security patches, manage antivirus software, and ensure all endpoints meet company compliance standards.
Work alongside Technicians on assigned projects, cloud transitions, and office hardware refreshes.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2 or more years of experience in a similar role.
Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and more.
CompTIA A+, Network+, MS are a plus.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ).
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Familiarity with Intune and Meraki MDM solutions, and Zendesk ticketing system.
Ability to open/rebuild hardware for RAM/SSD upgrades or troubleshoot a non-functioning workstation.
