VIP Community Services, a mission-driven nonprofit in the Bronx, seeks a Bilingual team member to support clients accessing integrated health, housing, and social services. In this role, you will provide bilingual (English/Spanish) client support, conduct intakes, coordinate referrals to primary care and behavioral health, and assist with care navigation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver dignified, client-centered services, maintain accurate documentation, and help underserved community members connect to vital resources and programs.
