Key Responsibilities Oversee first and third-party claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters, bad faith, and major litigation related to insurance claims Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues Provide advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues, including recommendations for resolution and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department related to insurance defense work Experience managing or litigating bad faith or extra-contractual allegations Strong judgment and research skills Willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
