Legends - Up to $95000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements; ensure accurate financial reporting.;
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to concessions staff; supervise seasonal employees.;
Maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper maintenance of food service equipment; work with local health officials.;
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; ensure contract terms are met; ensure NYC Food Protection Certificate.;
Oversee inventory management and develop annual operational budgets; preserve existing programs and develop new concepts.
