Utah Licensed VP of Appraisal Management

A company is looking for a Remote VP of Appraisal Management to lead the national appraisal desk function and oversee appraisal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the national appraisal desk and manage a team of five Own appraisal ordering, tracking, pipeline management, and timely issue resolution Manage appraisal vendors and appraiser panels, including performance management and service level expectations

Qualifications:

Prior leadership experience in mortgage appraisal management (lender-side preferred) Experience running an appraisal desk operation and managing vendor performance at scale Strong understanding of appraisal compliance and quality concepts Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance using metrics and process discipline Ability to work in Salt Lake City, Utah, with remote consideration for the right candidate
