Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, floors, walls, racks, docks, and operational work areas;
Follow established sanitation schedules, SOPs, SSOPs, and food safety requirements;
Safely handle, mix, and prepare cleaning chemicals according to company procedures and safety standards;
Operate approved sanitation equipment including scrubbers, power washers, hoses, vacuums, and cleaning tools;
Maintain sanitation logs, cleaning checklists, and required documentation accurately and timely
