Soloh Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Manager, ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Bronx, New York.

Requirements:
-Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
-Leadership experience.
-Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
-Bachelors or Masters in Nursing.
-RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
-PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.
-Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
-BLS.
