Position: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
Manhattanville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center -

Manhattanville Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs for multiple shifts.

We are a 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, providing long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a structured clinical environment.

Available Shifts
  • 1 Part-Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 2 Full-Time: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 1 Full-Time, 2 Part-Time: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with nursing standards of practice and state regulations. The LPN works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and document admission information including medical records and insurance details

  • Record resident health information including vital signs and temperature

  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed

  • Provide wound care and treatment of pressure injuries as needed

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when assigned

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care needs

  • Monitor and document residents’ intake and output

  • Report changes in resident condition to appropriate clinical leadership

Qualifications
  • Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry

  • Prior long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
