Bronx, New York - Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Clinical Role:- Permanent, full-time position
- Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner
- Multispecialty group setting
- Nursing home-based infectious disease care
- Must have at least 6 months of infectious disease experience
- H1B visa sponsorship available
- J1 Waiver and CONRAD 30 candidates welcome
- Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across long-term care and acute settings
- Opportunity to make a meaningful clinical impact while growing professionally
- Provide infectious disease consults in long-term care settings
- Manage infections including HIV, Hep B/C, pneumonia, UTIs, sepsis risk, wound infections, and multidrug-resistant organisms
- Order and interpret labs, cultures, and imaging
- Prescribe and manage antimicrobial therapy (IV and oral antibiotics)
- Collaborate with and interdisciplinary teams
- Support infection control practices and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- Educate staff and families on infection prevention and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
- Active, unrestricted NP license
- DEA required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (LTC/SNF preferred; hospital/outpatient considered)
- EMR familiarity preferred (Sigma, Visual, PCC - training available)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Salary range: $130,000-$150,000 annually
