• Provide quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document resident conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation

• Promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being

• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

• Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and professionalism

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
