Job Title

Clinical Nurse

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Serves as a clinical expert, accountable for the nursing process across direct patient care
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific needs
• Coordinates care to promote patient education, self-management, and satisfaction across the continuum of care
• Demonstrates sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-directed; influences outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Leads process-improvement initiatives
• Brings leadership, experience, and creative problem-solving to the management of complex patient care
• Partners with others to drive change and optimize outcomes
• Evaluates the impact of evidence-based practice changes for individuals, groups, and populations
• Accountable for documented outcomes at the program or service level
• Outcomes may be broad and complex, and demonstrated at any level of the organization
• Perform other assigned duties.
