Job TitleEmergency Room Registered Nurse – Level 3 (Days)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Must work every other weekend and holidays
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognize and interpret serious situations, prioritize care, and take immediate and appropriate action.
- Initiate appropriate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available.
- Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
- Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and coordinated care activities.
- Plan, develop, and implement individualized care delivery plans; may float to ICU or Medical-Surgical units as needed.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (all mandatory prior to start).
- Ventilator experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in or floating to ICU or Medical-Surgical units.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and respond effectively in high-acuity emergency settings.
