RN) Registered Nurse

Manhattanville Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time RNs for multiple shifts.

We are a 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, providing long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a structured clinical environment focused on quality resident care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards of practice, and state and federal regulations. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce healthcare instructions to residents and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ vital signs and overall condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
• Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities when assigned

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
