Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ clinical conditions, recognizing and interpreting serious situations to prioritize care.
• Initiate appropriate emergency measures when physicians are unavailable.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Record observations, interventions, and therapeutic measures, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Mandatory TNCC certification.
• Ventilator management experience required.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to float to medical/surgical or ICU units when needed.
