Key responsibilities of the RN Manager – Emergency Room include:
- Coordinate care and utilization review
- Plan and implement discharge strategies
- Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
Requirements of the RN Manager – Emergency Room include:
- RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning
- PRI and Screen certification during submission
- BLS certification
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYSED
- Computer literacy required
