Key responsibilities of the RN Manager – Emergency Room include:

• Plan and implement discharge strategies
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards

Requirements of the RN Manager – Emergency Room include:

• RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
• Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning
• PRI and Screen certification during submission
• BLS certification
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYSED
• Computer literacy required
