Patient Care Manager - Nights
The Patient Care Manager will support nursing staff during night shifts by addressing conflict resolution and mediation between staff and patients. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing practices and standards, as well as the ability to swiftly identify and manage operational and clinical issues.
Responsibilities- Support and manage nursing staff effectively during night shifts.
- Address conflicts and mediate between staff and patients as needed.
- Quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Understanding of nursing practice and standards.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
- Active nursing license is required.
This position is a full-time role with night shifts, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
