LPN Opportunities at The Plaza Rehab and Nursing Center
The Plaza Rehab and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Full-Time LPN's for day (7am-3pm), evening (3pm-11pm), night (11pm-7am) and Weekend shifts to join our dynamic organization.
Under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct care responsibilities to patients
- Supervise CNA's
- Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
- Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
- Follow established procedure for charting
- Complete patient assessments, coordination of care
- Identify and reports changes in condition
- Follows environmental health & safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Oversees clinical and non-clinical acute operations and continuum of care
Requirements include:
- Valid LPN License in New York
- CPR/BLS certified
- 1 + year nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting
