At Gold Crest Care Center, a CMS 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility in Pelham Gardens, Bronx, we’re hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team in one of our units and ensure the highest standard of resident care.

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the unit

• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver top-quality care

• Conduct daily audits and oversee admissions

• Act as liaison with families, physicians, and departments

• Investigate incidents, ensure follow-up, and promote compliance

• Participate in risk meetings, staff evaluations, and leadership discussions

• Current NY RN License

• Experience in Long-Term Care (prefered but not required)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Prior supervisory and administrative experience
