Legends - Up to $72800.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of food outlet kitchens;
Proficient in large batch production, HACCP plans and SOP for food distribution and storage;
Monitor receiving, storage and rotation of food products to comply with Health Department regulations;
Assist in leading culinary staff in sanitation standards of all kitchens;
Maintain par level timelines and ensure proper preparation with Director of Concessions
