Deter dishonest behaviors and maintain a secure store with a visible presence;
Train and mentor Shortage Control Associates and support leadership;
Conduct store audits and monitor point-of-sale transactions to prevent shrink;
Engage with customers and associates to promote shortage-reduction programs;
Coordinate with local law enforcement and assist in inventory and asset-protection activities
