The Role

The Merchandising Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the execution and optimization of merchandising processes  goal for the Merchandising Operations team is to ensure systems, workflows, and data processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable. Over the course of the internship, you'll work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Technology teams - contributing to real projects that have direct impact on how we operate.

This is a project-based role with a path to a full-time opportunity for strong performers.

What You'll Do

* Own a defined project scoped to the internship timeline, with a deliverable presented to the team at the end of the internship.

* Support execution of merchandising operational processes and initiatives across the internship.

* Document workflows, SOPs, and operational findings to support ongoing team initiatives.

* Partner with cross-functional teams on active projects, gaining exposure to how merchandising, operations, and tech intersect.

* Monitor operational reporting and flag issues as they arise.

* Assist with implementation and testing of new systems and tools.

* Partner with the Merchandising Operations Manager to identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years of experience in merchandising operations, retail analytics, operations, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and organizational skills.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfort working with systems, data, and operational processes.

Salary

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
