Game Stop - 418 Westchester Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives;
Collaborate with the store team to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented on the selling floor;
Address guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed
